If you are not satisfied with our product,after you received, we need proper reasons as to why you are not satisfied with your service and we will review each case individually. We will accept to return the item within 10 days
If the order which you have received is broken or damaged, kindly send us photographic evidence and return us the item,we will refund you the return goods. This refund is not applicable to goods that have been misused or damaged by the customers or failed to return within 10 days.
Note: please return the item with it’s original packaging.
Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable
Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (counts from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
